Due to the nature of the product and the potential risk of tampering, there is a NO RETURN/ EXCHANGE policy, which means you will NOT be able to return any items purchased, nor will you be able to get a refund for any reason. The only exception to this is an unforeseen event that led to a mistake being made on our end. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
If there is a problem with your package/order please use the contact section of our page and reach out via email and we will do our best to assess the situation.
If for any reason your package gets returned back to sender, Seal's Den, for any reason such as (but not limited to): invalid address, unpaid customs/import fees, etc. let our team know as soon as possible. Failure to reach out within 30 days will result in unclaimed packages that are donated back to the store with no eligible refund or compensation of any sort.
Please note that Seal's Den reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason such as fraud, inventory errors, damaged product, and etc.
